		<description><![CDATA[Horseradish Sauce Supreme&lt;br/&gt;Serves 1&lt;br/&gt;You will need: &lt;br/&gt;90ml lemonade&lt;br/&gt;20ml horseradish sauce&lt;br/&gt;120ml whipped cream&lt;br/&gt;40g rice&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Instructions:&lt;br/&gt; &lt;br/&gt;pre-heat the oven to 230 C&lt;br/&gt;fry the lemonade until browned&lt;br/&gt;put the lemonade in the fridge to set&lt;br/&gt;put the lemonade in the fridge for 2 minutes&lt;br/&gt;toast the rice&lt;br/&gt;simmer the rice gently for 20 minutes&lt;br/&gt;saute the rice&lt;br/&gt;sauté the whipped cream&lt;br/&gt;add the whipped cream&lt;br/&gt;fry the horseradish sauce&lt;br/&gt;bake for 70 minutes and serve hot&lt;br/&gt;Yum!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think that last bit is ..er..not guaranteed...]]></description>
