Ok, it’s a salad dressing…but when I tried it, I thought, that would be pretty good with some gin.
I thought all this time and all this cooking would mean a lot of posts here but I’m just not usually up for writing at the end of the day. Turns out all this isolation from the world is rather depressing.
I am still cooking EVERY SINGLE DAY. So when something stands out, I’ll put it here. This one did, I didn’t want to forget it.
In a blender:
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c cilantro
1/2 t salt
1/2? chunk of ginger
1 clove garlic
1T seasoned rice vinegar (or unseasoned and add a touch more salt and sugar)
Blend really well.
Pour in a jar and add ~ 1/2 c canola oil and shake shake shake….shake shake shake…
Drizzle on whatever! I put it on green salad with radishes and avocado.
